Shipping & Returns
We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for any unworn regular price shoes or leather accessories within 14 days of purchase date. Store credit does not expire. Shoes and leather accessories must be in the same condition with no signs of try-on or wear to allow for re-stocking. We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks or shoe care products.
We do not offer refunds.
All sales are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items.
If there is an issue with an item you received, your order is still subject to the regular timeline for returns within 14 days of purchase date. Please send pictures of any issues upon receipt of your order to email@example.com before you mail your return items back to us.
